I bought these because my niece got chicken pox a week before the fair so she couldn’t get her face painted and she was devastated. This little pack is wonderful. I thought they were gonna be cream paints and I had my reservations because creams smear so easily, but they’re like water color paints. You have to add water to them to make them work, it’s wonderful that way because the paint dries on your skin and doesn’t smear. The kids all had a blast painting each other up. Most of the colors wash off easily but beware of the yellow! My daughter insisted on painting my face like an emoji, so she painted it solid yellow, and I could still see the yellow after washing with soap and water. Had to take a full shower and scrub pretty good to get it off completely. The colors are all pretty vibrant.

I bought this for Halloween and tried it immediately. It's super easy to use and comes with two different sized brushes. You use like watercolor paints, but not as much water. Just enough to moisten the paint. It's very vibrant and lasted hours. Make sure it's applied to clean skin. I applied it to a girl that had the white vampire face paint from another brand, and it did not want to stay on because the other was so greasy. Had to have them wipe the other stuff off and it was fine. I loved it and after several uses, it barely made a dent. I'll get lots of uses out of this.

This face paint kit is definitely different being that it is activated by water, which will probably make it last a long time. It is definitely not the best packaging as it is just a plastic holder. When I received it one of my colors did fall out, but I just set it back in its spot. I have used it a few times and the brushes aren't the best, but it does apply pretty well and washes off pretty easily and the colors do show pretty well.

I can not say enough about how happy I am with these face paints! I've never done face painting before but we wanted to try it for my daughter's birthday party, so I thought I'd start with a very cheap set, but the color barely showed up. I decided to try these instead, based on other good reviews and was NOT disappointed! With just the tiniest bit of paint, the color goes on smooth and gives good coverage, even with the lighter colors. It dries quickly, so it is easy to layer one color on another and the paint does not smear very easily once it is dry. There's no funny chemicals smells or anything that makes me not want to put it on my children. It also washes off their faces very easily with just a little soap. It also washes out of the brushes easily. I highly recommend buying an additional set of small tipped brushes, so you have at least one for each color, so you don't have to wash your brush constantly. If doing face paints for a party, you might want several sets of extra brushes. The glitter went on easily & dried well and of course the little girls love that extra touch!

I purchased this set to paint my daughter's face for Halloween. We decided to try it out before the big night and I have to say that it was just okay. We used the white paint to cover my daughters face, but after 2 coats the coverage was not great. It streaked and didn't look very good. We also used the black and green. These were better, but it was very difficult to use with the brushes that were included. If you're purchasing this to actually paint a face and not use the stencils then I would highly suggest purchasing some nicer brushes and foam to apply. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't purchase this set for the purpose that it was intended for. If you're looking for a kit to do stencils at a party then this would work fine.

Happy with this product as it was exactly as described. Easy to use, easy to wash off too. There are thin plastic films covering the individual paints; just use a pair of tweezers to peel them off. The thin brush is way too soft, and I couldn't use it effectively to paint finer details. The medium sized brush is sufficient but I find myself wanting to use a wider brush. You do have to go over a few times if you want the colors to be brighter, not a big deal to me. This face paint kit works just fine for a casual user like me, just for fun. It did come with stencils and ebonus book, and they're useful.

I recently bought these for a my son's end the school year picnic. They are amazing. Very easy to use, you just have the get them a little damp with a wet brush and they go on smoothly and easily. I bought a package of different size brushes (YOUSHARES 10pcs Art Paint Brush Set) which was very useful for different designs. I don't know how many kids faces I did but probably 30 or more and I have plenty of paint left for another time. The paint also washes off easily with soap and water. I was very happy with this purchase, definitely worth the money.

I researched quite a while for the perfect face painting kit for Christmas- the reviews were great and price was right so I chose this kit. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!! Reviewers say that the paint goes in easy (which it does) and come off easy (which it does NOT!!!)! Directions say to wash off with soap and water, but does it say to scrub like your life depended on it until your kids skin comes off??? Yes the face paint comes off but the color tint of the paint stays almost like it dyes the skin that color. I feel so bad for scrubbing my daughters cheek to the point where skin was irritated, turned red and bruised BUT I could not let my daughter walk around with a blue and green and yellow color dyed cheek!!!
