Another excellent Morakniv knife
Over the past couple of decades, I have purchased a few knives from Morakniv. I have never been displeased. Their surprisingly reasonable prices and high-quality cutting implements are both useful and attractive. I purchased this Swedish-made knife because I wanted a wood handle and a finger guard. I'm so happy I purchased this. This is good for all kinds of outdoor tasks. It comes with a belt sheath.

Beautiful work
This knife is perfect for everyday use, hiking, camping. It’s beautiful craftsmanship and great quality. The sheath is very nice. I thought it being of plastic material that it wouldn’t hold the knife, but it clicks in secure. I do wish they had a leather sheath option, but I gave it a 5 because it offered exactly what it was selling. Beautiful work, great knife that will last a long time.

Wonderful little fixed blade
This knife is sharp-sharp-sharp. The knife is lightweight and the handle is comfortable. The plastic sheath is barely adequate. The knife is well made but I wouldn’t trust the belt attachment on the sheath.

Love it
Excellent knife. Super sharp. And it's old-time-y look adds a very welcome nostalgic feeling to it. My first Mora. Plan for it to be a first among many more Mora products. Just excellent.

Morakniv is the best value for a very good knife out there
I got the Classic #2 with guard variation.I've collected Morakniv for several years now and have a lot of different ones. The Companion, Kansbol, and Garberg are some of my favorites, but I keep going back to this Classic! They are THE BEST knives you can get for $20-$50 on the planet, in my opinion (besides the Tramontina machetes, also a good value for that price, but that is a different tool for a different purpose).Morakniv makes awesome stuff and they're durable, beautiful, and feel great in the hand. Well balanced and ergonomic. This version I got is carbon steel so it will get some patina over time, as shown in the picture I attached, but I don't mind that as it is part of the character. I have mostly stainless steel knives but I keep going back to this one. Putting some food safe oil on it once in a while is a good idea. This is the Morakniv I reach for the most. I use it for everything you can imagine a knife of this size to be used for and it does well at everything. It is easily sharpened and gets hair-popping sharp quickly and stays sharp a good amount of time. I think it is important to know how to sharpen and these are great knives to learn it if you have never done that before. The beautiful red stained wood handle feels perfect in my hand, very comfortable. The sheath works well and I like the detailing on it.I picked the option with a finger guard just because I don't have one like that, and I like that option, it can be nice. I like the length of this blade, and it has a good shape and I like the Scandi grind. If you don't have a Morakniv, this would be a beautiful way to start your collection. You won't regret adding one of these!

Sheath is not leather
Over all the knife is great. I am a little annoyed by the sheath I thought it was leather by the picture. Turns out it is a hard plastic material that will definitely break long before the knife will.

Great knife, worth having.
Great knife, small and excellent for small to middle tasks. I mainly use it for wood carving and opening cases/boxes. You can do some Bushcraft work but that's not what it's meant for.
