Starting with the annoying: talks to you every time it is turned on, which for us is every night. Also, it really works best if placed in the MIDDLE of a room. Most people don't have a convenient place in the middle! We have it near a corner and it is propped at an angle. It is starry/galaxy-like; not scientifically accurate, if you're looking for that. However, it is a fun and good quality addition to a kid/teenager room. Has several modes and a speaker. One caution-- some effects might be too much for some people (seizures, migraines). I can't watch it very long.

If I had seen this in a store before purchasing, I wouldn't pay $5. It's that sucky. Basically an RGB LED with a rotating plastic lens. The 'laser' is green only with a hideously unrealistic red swirly nebula. The pattern of the stars is an obvious grid, and looks unnatural and very lame.

Broke very easily. I put the charger in after several uses, and something inside it broke and I can hear it rattling around. Now it won’t charge or turn on and I can’t use it. It was great up until that point but broke easily.

Love this light, it’s a lot of fun! Lots of color choices and the remote works great. I don’t use the sound so I can’t comment on that (other than if you manually switch it on, it makes a loud startup sound, so I covered the speaker with electrical tape to dampen the sound since I won’t use it anyway). I love the stars so I always have them on and the spiral galaxy adds a little extra something! I did have to exchange it due to defects with my original (loud motor and the galaxy didn’t work) now that I have a working one I’m really enjoying it.

Cool little projector but the spiral galaxy thing is stupid. It just stays in the same spot & doesn't move like the nebula effect. Neither do the laser stars, the nebula effect is the only real effect that has any good motion to it. The sound sync function is pretty cool but like I said, the nebula effect is the only one that moves to the beat, the stars & galaxy are stationary so maybe I should have purchased another brand with full effects motion.

I used this product once and it was amazing. Loved the different settings and different colors, especially since you can use it as a speaker too. Second time using it, the charging port broke and fell inside the machine, rendering it useless. Now, it sits broken in my drawer. I'm very displeased as I was very excited to use this at house parties with friends.

I’m gonna be honest I got this because of ‘The Galaxy Is Endless’ (if you know, you know) and it’s honestly really pretty and sets a good vibe in the room I personally love it. I would’ve preferred if the stars were light blue instead of green but it doesn’t bother me at the same time. There’s also a red spiral of stars that can be nice but I don’t personally use it. It’s honestly one of my new favorite lights I’m really happy with it :)

My daughter really enjoyed the light for the short time that it worked.After approximately a month of use, the USB power port broke off and fell inside of the unit.Appears to be a very shoddy solder joint with no reinforcement. Will break easily.Disappointed.
