Etrog lulav set for sukkot certified kosher from Israel

Not good quality. 1/4 of the palm leaves are bent at large angles. One of the willow branches has lost 2/3 of its leaves. The etrog is contracted in the middle (looks like someone took a rubber band and constricted it while it was growing on the tree). Delayed timing of delivery. The only part of the set that was of good quality are the myrtle branches. Going to have to choose a different lulav vendor next year.
