Great educational tool
My grandson is in 1st grade and is learning a lot about the earth. He was asking a lot of questions so his "Paw Paw" wanted to get a globe so he and our grandson could have some bonding time and discuss these questions. This globe is so amazing!! They have discussed so much, topics such as landmarks, animals, geology, capitals, languages, flags, currency, countries, size of countries, continents and SO MUCH MORE. The globe itself is very good quality and what is even more cool is the fact that you can use batteries to turn it into an LED luminous globe, which to any 1st grader is "out of this world". The countries and continents are divided by colors and everything is labeled, including rivers, mountains, lakes, seas, and oceans. We are very happy with this purchase and so happy we spent the extra money on this globe!

Cool globe but LED light is already malfunctioning after a few weeks
Always wanted a globe so my husband gifted this to me. I really like is over all but the LED already went out so I’m in the process of trying to contact the company to honor the 1 year warranty. She will see how this goes…

Great Grad Gift
I purchased this globe as a high school graduation present for my nephew and he loved it!! He’s a very picky guy too. He liked that the colors coincided with the actual colors of the Earth and that the writing was easy enough to read. He joked about them sending a magnifying glass but clearly his 18 year old eyesight is great! Good product and glad I made this purchase.

8 year old nephew loves it!!
My 8 year old nephew, and incidentally his 4 year old sister also LOVES this globe! It’s stunning, especially when it’s lit up. He took fascination immediately with the included magnifying glass. Thank you, this was an amazing Christmas present I was proud to gift!

LED light doesn’t work.
LED light went out immediately, like five minutes after we turned it on on Christmas. Wrote and waited. Nothing. Sent pics. Was then asked to send pics to another email. Took too long. Life got busy. I never returned, and now we have a broken globe.

Unlit is is subtle and attractive. Lit upIt is soft light in the room but makes for easy identification.
