This set of cards is suitable for all ages; the whole family can play. The label is misleading; it seems like the items on each card are more suitable for indoor play. Although, either is possible. Here are some example card items: "something that is your favorite color", "something that is bumpy", "something that is black", etc. Once the item(s) is/are collected, a discussion ensues regarding why one selected an item. My five year old grandson drew the card "Something that makes you happy". He brought a jar of lotion and explained that having me rub lotion on his feet makes him happy. The "game" really does promote mindfulness, reflectiveness, and conversation.
