I have wanted to buy this product since I have seen it featured in various fashion mags as product of the year. So glad that I did. Bought the base and top coats, but haven't tried the base yet because the top coat has extended my mani polish for many days. Love the top coat as a do-it-yourself touch up at home. The consistency is smooth, the finish is glossy and it dries so quickly. I have really strong nails that are prone to chipping because I am not super careful with my manicures. No chips so far and Maxus has definitely made my nails even stronger. I usually buy more expensive nail polishes (i.e., Debbie Lippman, Ciate, Chanel) and really happy to find a reasonably priced, quality product to protect the color. Packaging is also upscale. Great buy! Your nails will thank you.

This is my second time buying this top coat. It's everything it's cracked up to be.I have some pretty brittle nails from getting gel manicures and being too lazy to take them off correctly. I've started doing my own nails and I use the Maxus base coat, 2 coats of whatever polish I have on hand (the Maxus polish is bomb too btw), and this top coat and my nails are perfectly shiny (just like gel polish) with no chips for DAYS afterwards. It also dries so quickly which is a huge plus as I am incredibly impatient. It also has a great brush and glides on in a smooth, even coat--not goopy like other top coats I've tried.Since my nails are prone to breakage and chipping it is a god damn MIRACLE that I get five full days without ANY chipping. I also feel as though my nails are getting healthier as I use these products.Could not recommend this top coat more! If you're on the fence... do it!

As advertised. This nail polish top has been amazing. It dries in seconds and leaves the nails looking fabulous and strong. I will reorder when I run out.It's been five months and although I still have some left on the bottles, I'm replenishing my stash. I am as satisfied as the first time I used them. The only draw back is that the top coat dried out a little bit. nevertheless, it still giving me the amazing shine and the super fast drying. Also, the formula is almost like Gel formula and maintains the look until my nails grow, which is about a week. I do not use their nail polish but the base coat and the top coat protect my nail polish for a whole week. I do my own manicure at home, saving myself a lot of money and my nails always look fabulous. I know they're on the pricey side but in the long run, you save money. I am so satisfied that I had to come back and edit my review, which I usually not do.

I have extremely brittle nails becuase I have been wearing acrylic nails for years. They are thin and brittle becuase of the damage. I have been frightened to wear polish on them naturally becuase of their condition. When i applied this trio of base, polish and top coat, that is not the case anymore. This polish is extrmemely easy to apply. The brush makes is easy and accurate in applying the polish. I was able to apply to my own nails and my 6 year old daughters nails and it looked like a professional manicure and pedicure. I was amazed at how it looked just like a gel manicure. The quality is amazing. It doesn't chip, stays shiny and my nails feel stronger than usual. I am super impressed with this nail line and will try other colors along with their nail strengthening products. A+!

Like with the base coat, it just didn't work that great for my nails. It lasted for about 3 or 4 days, which isn't terrible, but it's not great, either. I'm used to the old formula of the Vinylux Top Coat lasting a week on me. So, it's a GOOD top coat, but not the best, for me anyway.It's a good alternative if you want something healthier!

This is a VERY shiny top coat! Every time I put this over any polish I get asked if my nails are gel. HOWEVER, I don’t notice my polish lasting longer then when I use another quality top coat, and the shelf life is very small. 6 months later, I still have half a bottle left, and it is gooey! Hard to work with and out of the bottle you get these very thin spiderweb-like strings that end up everywhere. I’ve tried adding nail thinner to combat the evaporation but 4-5 drops later I’ve noticed no difference. For the price, I personally wouldn’t buy again but if that’s not an issue nothing beats this shine!

All that did was waste money on top coats I'll never use. Maybe it's my nail chemistry, maybe it's my wonky collagen syndrome, maybe it's the elevation or humidity of my area.Whatever it is, my nails love this stuff like no other.Oh! I forgot about bubbles. Prolly cuz there aren't any.

The longevity,sheerness and thickness doesn’t matter if it’s a poor pr oduct.This base and top coat ,without a doubt the worst base cost and top coat ever! I have been a nail tech for 3 decades. I know how to use nail products . And I know how to prepare the nails before I polish. I purchased it according to the ratings . It did NOT dry fast at all, polish chipped off within a day. Needless to say the company would not take it back. It was so expensive . Don’t waste your money.
