I wanted these to hopefully help with knee pain when walking. I strapped them on, but the springs are really stiff and they didn’t bend when I walked at all - just slid up and down, and yes, I had them strapped on very tightly - almost to the point of being too tight! You need to put an (extreme, in my opinion) amount of weight/pressure on them to get them to bend. Normal walking, at least in my case, didn’t get them to bend at all! Returned!

Does not function as advertised, brace doesn't bend with your knee, it takes a lot of force to bend the springs, the craftsmanship is poor. It also doesn't stay in place, the straps often come undone, brace doesn't stay in position it just slides down your leg. I have Rheumatoid arthritis in my knees and have tried a number of braces, this is the worst brace I've tried. Plus the packaging is not professional, there are numerous spelling and grammar mistakes.

Very cheaply made did not work at all... Would not recomend it

I would recommend these for helping you raise up from being down on your nees.
