Very recommended e-book.

Really good book in pre-sales!
Overall, I liked it a lot. I'm beginning a career as a Pre-Sales Engineer soon and John knocks it out of the part. The worksheets he asks you to do all the time are annoying and I didn't do them, but learned a lot from the book.
