I've been using this for about 6 months now and it helps. I spend far too many hours on the computer, which gives me round shoulders. In turn that was irritating my lungs giving me a cough. So I've found this device to be very helpful.

Positioning it properly is critical to comfort and I have found it important in this respect to wear a comfortable T shirt under it.In other respects it is strongly made and functions as I had hoped reducing backache.

This is nicely made quality product, but didn't suit me. Clearly everyone is different and has a different reason to want one of these. I have bad posture and a painful shoulder, I need straightening up, and some support when holding something heavy for a long period. Like when I'm practising my French horn. I liked the look of this one because it does not have a strap around my stomach, which a lot of them have and would interfere with my breathing when playing.Before buying this I was using a simple strap crossed figure-of-eight across my back and round my shoulders. That simple solution worked better than this product in preventing my shoulders from coming forward, and was easier to put on.Also, this is very difficult for me to fit on my own; the limitation it imposes, restricts the reach required to tighten the straps.Upper back poster involves two axes; the vertical, ie the bend in your spine, and the horizontal shoulder forward and back position. This product does little to correct the vertical axis stoop - for this you have to have one including the stomach/waist strap. In my case it was no better than a simple strap at the horizontal correction .

This product is great and really helps adjust your posture

Uncomfortable to wear, not very effective in keeping shoulders back and very difficult to tie strap tight with already painful shoulders.Would not recommend. Lost return window so stuck with item.

Good for back

I don't normally leave reviews, but am writing this one in case there are others with back stiffness and pain caused by sitting for long periods of time hunched over a keyboard and monitor. I've had back stiffness and pain from this for many years, have tried better chairs, following guidelines for placement/height of keyboard and monitor, standing desk etc. , but nothing worked. I started wearing this back brace, and it was a silver bullet. I no longer get stiff or have pain. This particular back brace worked well for me, but I have no reason to believe that others would not also work. For $10-$20 it's worth trying if you have similar problems. Good Luck.

Mi è capitato di scordarmelo addosso e mi sono ritrovato a correre, quindi decisamente un guanto!Ci tengo a precisare che non affatica la schiena e non fa pressione su arti o articolazioni, soprattutto per il fatto che è regolabile con il velcro.Molto soddisfatto. Ottimo acquisto per la mia salute!PS: Signori, una precisazione: è un prodotto che aiutare a tenere dritte le spalle e non si può sostituire ad un busto!

I bought this as I work in front of the computer a lot and would often get headaches or shoulder aches from poor posture. So far, this posture corrector has acted as a reminder for me to sit up straight. Actually, it prevents me from being able to lean too far towards the computer screen which is great! Just make sure you follow instructions not to use it for more than 15-20 minutes in the first few days of use! The large fit me but I think if you are more petite you may want to go with a small. The straps are comfortable and did not dig into my shoulders, I didn't even need the extra pads that came with it.

Das Teil ist gut verarbeitet. Der erste Eindruck ist hochwertig. Das erste Anziehen, hat etwas gedauert, danach geht es aber immer schneller. Die verschiedenen Klettverschlüsse halten sehr fest. Die Einstellmöglichkeiten sind okay. Wichtig ist, die richtige Größe zu bestellen, weil man sonst ggf zu wenig Spannung auf den Gurt bringen kann.See Tragekomfort ist gut. Der Gurt ist kaum wahrnehmbar unter normalen Klamotten. Er unterstützt beim gerade laufen sitzen etc. Schränkt aber trotzdem nicht ein. Ich finde das Produkt angenehm
