Does exactly what it says in the product description. The only thing I found was it charged my mum's wheelchair quicker which is an upside.

This product didn't charge my mobility scooter battery at all. It was plugged in throughout the night and I wasn't able to rely on it when I needed to use my scooter. Don't recommend.
