Pros: It acts as a good appetiser. You feel like eating all time. Makes absorption as well as assimilation of food better,which ultimately results in weight gain.Cons: it will increase central obesity. Tummy size will increase and there will be increased chances of developing diabetes. Secondly, it can lead to constipation and gastrointestinal upset. Thirdly, it causes light headedness and drowsy for initial 2-3 days, not allowing you to concentrate on other work. Lastly, what i feel is that as soon as you stop taking these capsules, your digestive system again becomes sluggish and you loose appetite.
