With the time change coming up the sun just beats right into my nursery. I have black out curtains and they work-except the light beams in from the top of the curtain rod and around the curtains. I had the curtains taped to the wall but nothing could fix the light that came in from the top of the curtains. After doing research I purchased this for a quick fix and now I want one for every window. Not only does it block out the sun 100% but it took 2 minutes to apply to my window! This is probably one of best purchases I've ever made and my baby is no longer waking up from the sun shining in.

The suction cups do come off after a few days but it is supposed to be temporary so I’m fine with adjusting them. They black out 100% of the light. And are easy to install. The only complaint I have is I tried to order another one and they were out of stock with no return date! So sad!

Suction isn’t as strong as I’d like but does a good job of blacking out light if it covers the window fully.

Got this recommendation from a baby center board. Took my 2 year old on a vacation in the summer up north where it isn't completely dark until 11pm. These were a life saver. The suction isn't perfect on all surfaces but gets the job done. Must have for overnight stays!

It works! But it's tiny. I suggest measuring to see how many you'll need.

We bought the Amazon recommended suction curtains and immediately returned them. They had a toxic chemical odor. After a few months and with the long bright days we decided to try suction curtains again for the kids room and went with the name brand. These had no odor and were super easy to install. Work super great and easy and lighter to travel with.

The size is good but the placement of the velcro and suction cups depending on the window size doesn't make sense. I have an older window and putting this up I had to tape down the side where the 2 windows meet. You can still see light shinning through and it doesn't stay completely against the window along the edges. Works better than nothing but I wish it fit better and was more blackout, like blackout curtians are.

The fact it’s portable is a plus in itself! I love this room darkening curtain so much I ordered a second one! Great for babies room or for someone who works nights and needs to sleep during the day.

Great travel blinds! Only downside is if the screen of the window is on the inside as it does not stick to the screen.
