makes my tummy feel good
I've had experience with NOW Foods probiotics, which was why I again bought this brand. I'm having to take aspirin following a mild stroke, and it was rough on my stomach. When I take this product, it seems that I'm not having difficulties with either the IBS or IBD. As anyone in a similar situation knows, aspirin causes quite a bit of digestive discomfort, which these probiotics apparently soothe quite well.

Excellent source of acidophilus
Seems to be an excellent acidophilus. My 92-year-old mother has never had good digestion but this product has helped her quite well. I have to use acidophilus because I suffer from acid reflux. With a good digestive aid, like this one, I do don't need to take two prescription tablets a day but only one.

Did it ‘go bad’?
I bought it this spring to make soy yogurt, and it worked well for the first couple batches. Then… three failed batches with no change in technique. It was stored in a drawer and not exposed to heat or moisture, however I’ve now wasted three containers of soy milk . Any ideas? At this point I’d suggest avoiding this product.
