Lovely yarn well worth the price
Knits up beautifully, beautiful colors as a good background and main color for brighter stripes, and a great price. A bit rougher than expected but blocking with a touch of conditioner should resolve the issue.

Color doesn't match picture
The speckles are very fun and pretty BUT the background white is not white. It's more like a dirty light pink. I like the yarn, it's just not the color I expected

I’m probably going to get them all!
I’m thinking of buying all the different colors of this speckled yarn! It was an absolute pleasure to work with! The speckles were consistent throughout the hank, the yarn was soft and had no knots, it was very easy to knit to a tight gauge for a pair of socks, and there was plenty of yardage for a women’s size 10 pair of socks with 64 stitch circumference and a 6 inch leg. I had 13 grams of yarn left that I will be saving for another project.

lovely color splashes
just hand-wound this yarn last night. It's another one that I will have trouble keeping in its place in the yarn line of first-in, first out (or FIFO for the accountants). Be careful when you wind it - don't make it too tight or you will stretch it. Looks like a good bet for small size 2 needles.

Check guage, washes well
Yarn was soft to work with and softer when washed. I machine wash, air dry about 5 times do far. Comes out fine. I didn't swatch, because my socks "always" come out the same. I should have knit on size1, not 2. They're just a wee bit loose. Base color is gray, not blue as I thought. I would buy again.

High quality
I really love this yarn. Certainly the colorway is very nice, but what I love is the quality of the fiber and the twist that makes it easy to knit up and nice to wear. I strongly recommend this yarn.

Quality yarn
This is exactly what I wanted. Knit Picks offers excellent yarns, and this Hawthorne is no exception. I use a lot of sock/fingering yarn, and was glad to find this Confetti Speckle available. It coordinates with a solid color I already have.
