Poorly packaged, damaged item
The item was placed into a shipping box that was too small, and this undersized subsequently box damaged the item. Item is no longer "new", instead it arrived damaged and effectively "opened". Very disappointing.

I'm one of those weird collectors that open the packaging, but if I wasn't I'd be pretty upset.
