I sprained my ankle on a saturday and ordered this product on monday morning and received it late tuesday night. Before the brace I could not put any weight on my foot. With the brace, I could put weight on my foot and hobble around. Due to the velcro/itchy fabric of this brace, you definitely need to wear it with socks long enough to go up past where the brace ends on your ankle. I did not and got a bad rash/burn from it rubbing on my skin all day. Also, I wore this brace for 18 hours not more than 4 days after a severe sprain- I would NOT advise this kind of activity for thsi brace. The foot part of the brace (where the mesh/laces begin) is high on your foot (so it sat probably 2 inches away from my toes) and after tying/securing the brace tight enough on my ankle to feel supported, my exposed foot/toes were basically sausages. And walking on that exposed part of the foot for 18 hours made my toes EXTREMELY swollen. Ouch!

Rolled my ankle 7.5 weeks ago. Played a Pickleball tournament today, and never felt even the smallest tweak with having this brace on. It gave me the confidence iI needed. I could play without thinking about my ankle.

The product does seem to stabilize my messed up ankle, which reduces the pain. But it's a real pain to lace it and strap it on.

My daughter plays soccer and has sprained ankle several times in the past. She wears during practice and games for support. Stated it is comfortable enough, and does help her feel supported in the ankle, although might not prevent all injuries, will hopefully lessen them.

I weigh 275lbs and I’m pretty sure I ripped my peroneous tendon dancing at a wedding. This ankle brace has really helped me walk with less pain and poping from my tendon while I wait for my imaging to come back. It’s actually really easy to put on, but you have to loosen the laces up to get your foot as easily as possible if you wear converse high tops or vans you know to loosen up the laces. It’s kinda like that. It’s comfortable for all day wear, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping with it on. You can easily fit it in any shoe and it will give you the confidence to step as you feel the support from the brace holding your ankle. I recommend this brace. I’m not sure on the longevity of this product but it seems to be holding up. I don’t expect it to last forever though, but hope it last at least 3-4 months of continuous use. 2 weeks down so far no loosening or stretching, but I am concerned about ripping the seams if I keep pulling on it to get it on, but like I said loosening the laces helps put it on and take it off.

This is a very effective ankle brace. I’m replacing one just like it That I got from my podiatrist. I wore the previous brace every day for over a year, and it still functioned well, but had a bit of wear and tear.I’m often working on my feet for 8 hours per day, and could never do that without this brace. Little tricky to figure out the first time you use it, but after that, easy to put on. Highly recommend.

It's stability. Slightly difficult to figure out how to wrap it.
