I bought these to boost my immune system. This is the second pack I have bought. They are very good and v.ery good value for money. I would recommend them

I didn’t realise they were actually capsules although it does state this. Had I noticed I wouldn’t have bought them as I prefer a tablet which tends to be smaller than the capsules.

I have Graves Disease and consultant recommended selenium. This seems to be a good product at a reasonable price.
