This product is better than I expected. It looks nice, is very functional, it can be an ottoman, chair, recliner, full twin xl. It is comfortable. easy to operate. It is very sturdy. I bought 2. You can sit them side by side and you have a bench/ daybed, you can open them out to 2 twin xl beds or put them together for a king bed. When you have company they are great, and when not they are functional as well. I ordered another piece of furniture from this company that I haven't even opened yet. The picture looked like what I wanted and the quality of these was so good, am not even worried about checking it until I am ready to put it into place.

This ottoman/chair/bed is freaking awesome!!! I've never seen anything like it! It's very comfortable and sturdy with the metal frame. Just take it out of the box, bada bing! It looks beautiful just as an ottoman, but serves so many needs, and does it well, just by clicking to adjust positions. I'll probably have this piece of furniture for many years to come.

Perfect solution for what I needed...a spot to sit with a spot for an occasional overnight guest (and/or my extremely spoiled dog) to sleep comfortably. I have it set up like a couch in the picture and I immediately replaced the pillow that came with it with a king size one that matched my bed. It works so simply, was well protected during shipping, and it is actually pretty comfortable as a seat to snuggle up and read. My adult son and I could sit side by side comfortably and neither of us is exactly dainty. I would definitely purchase more if I ever found the need.

At first It seemed like a good fit. But after daily use for three weeks , sharp wire pushed through the cushion about 2 inches and almost impaled my dog. We could not push the wire back in so we bent it. On the other side another wire popped out and we could push that one in. I would have to return the item to get full refund ( which I pay the shipping for 80 pounds)or accept $94 and keep it. What would you do?

I recently changed my living room set and my new couch no longer lays flat to become a bed so I wanted an extra bed for guests and family stopping by my apartment. This ottoman was perfect go between. It comes already assembled which I really appreciated. It is heavy and I needed a second person to help me get up the stairs but once inside it was easy as opening the box and placing. The bed is comfortable enough might add a memory foam topper for extra comfort but overall I am pleased. I just wish the ottoman came in more diverse colors instead of just Grey and brown.

Comfortable for short naps. I would not recommend for overnight sleeping.

Excellent product! The hassock is bigger than I expected but the bed is actually comparable to a twin-size .I do agree with the reviews that a memory foam pad is an advantage. My daughter (who is not petite) slept on the bed for several nights (with a memory foam pad) without complaint. The multiple angle adjustments for the head portion are a definite bonus. I folded it into a chair for my guest room and am very pleased with the versatility.

Love the design and the size. The size of a twin bed. I purchased a foam topper and foam mattress pad cover and the folding areas still hurt.
