Great customer service
Seemed like a good product, however I could never get the bottom to lock down despite following the instructions exactly. Locked all the sides down before trying to put the bottom down but it would just keep popping back up. Must have gotten a defective one but the sellers offered me a refund right away and I didn’t even have to return the item.

Not happy!
The playpen was cute in the picture but cheap as far as quality. $80 dollars and I shouldn’t have had to buy a pad that was soft and comfortable enough for my grandson to sleep on. If I buy an $80 dollar playpen I expect to get way better than what you gave me. Not too happy with the pad!

Great for camping!
Love that it folds so small makes it easy to throw into the trailer or car. My baby loved, it slept great in it. Only thing is it was a little rough getting it folded back down to get into the bag but definitely doable, not a deal breaker at all. Highly recommend!
