Thank you for your interest in Nature’s Answer St. John's Wort Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract. Thousands of satisfied customers have used this super-concentrated, alcohol free herbal extract since 1972! The 1000 mg refers to the amount of dried herb equivalent offered by each serving of 1 ml (one dropperful or approx 28 drops) of the liquid extract. This product was made with dried herbs.

Q: Why did you change the product without changing the label?

Thank you for your interest in Nature's Answer St. John's Wort Alcohol-Free Liquid Extract. This product is concentrated, alcohol-free, kosher, nonGMO Project Verified and has been enjoyed by thousands of satisfied customers since 1972. 50 years in 2022! Since this product has been on the market for over 50 years, there have been occasional label changes. However, the product itself has remained the same. We have not changed the product. Since all of our products are totally natural, there can be some differences from batch to batch due to changes in natural conditions, such as rain fall, soil conditions and other natural variations.

Q: Can it be given to teenagers? If so, would the dosage have to be altered?

Of course it can be given to teens, and no I can't imagine the dose would need to be changed at all

Q: can I apply sunscreen on top of it?

I have been taking it internally for grief and headache. I won't put it on the skin. It's an amazing product for internal use, if you need.
