Excellent product and worth the dime spent on it. Basically in some parts of the country you don't very clean water...when you boil the water you see some white powderish type particles. Post using this filter the water is clean as this powderish particles stay behind in the upper container/filter.Most of all, I liked the service from the supplier/vendor. When we booked the item and soon as they received the item theu sent a video to my what's app demonstrating how to fix the containers, filters and tap.They also sent a catalogue as instructing manual. In other words the vendor shared his what's app number for further point of contact in case of trouble.Outstanding.

Good quality product at a reasonable cost that is very handy to use.
I bought this water filter almost one month ago and from then I am using it continuously. On the basis of my experience I can say that it is a very good option for those people who don't want to buy costly electric based water filters. Purification capacity of this filter is so good that easily purifies tap or handpump water. It is also durable and easy to use. Filtering candles are of good quality and easy to clean. So, I am satisfied with it and you can go for it without hesitation.

Easy to use non electric water filter
This filter was easy to assemble and the instruction manual was easy to follow.It is a bit time-consuming though, as the filteration process takes time, the use cannot be immediate.Best is to fill the top container at night and by morning, water will be filtered.The taste becomes neutral with constant use but its pleasant.Overall, quite handy, easy to clean and doesnt consume a lot of space.

I bought this water filter almost two month ago and from then I am using it continuously. On the basis of my experience I can say that it is a very good option for those people who don't want to buy costly electric based water filters.

Poor quality product!
I ordered this product and installed it according to the manual and poured water as usual...later found out that the water is not getting filtered and it was just coming unfiltered due to some fault in the candle and then i asked for a replacement so they agreed for it...today i received the replacement for it and the filter candle itself is completely damaged...how am i supposed to use it...worst service ever....very poor quality water filter!
