Only keeps my drink cold
It doesn't work the way I'd hoped it is still a very cool cup and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a cup to keep their drinks cold

Works great. You have to be an idiot to mess this up
I don't know what these people are doing wrong our what their expectations were, but I looked this cup up to buy another and saw the terrible reviews. You freeze the cup until it's frozen, then add a liquid preferably a cold one, then squeeze the sides and maybe scrape them until you have a slushy. It's not that complicated. It works every time. Instantly makes my daughter happy. I'm buying a couple more cups because we're having company and I'm sure their kids will have fun with this too.
