18 months ago was diagnosed with fatty liver per ultrasound. Had extreme pain under ribs after eating and mild pain all the time. Have a long history of these “attacks” but pretty severe this time. Could not eat. Lost 25 lbs. Was told nothing could be done. Refused to believe that and started my long search and journey. Found these drops. Slowly I began to get better. After 8 months had another ultrasound (a more advanced type) no sign of fatty liver all looked normal. Feeling better, still not completely healed but so grateful the excruciating pain is gone. I take no other meds except snythroid. Was it the drops? I think it was the vast majority of it. Quit taking them and pain began to creep back in. I continue to take them to this day. I eat a clean and healthy diet but there are an enormous list of foods I cannot tolerate. Relative healthy 65 year female still little under weight with no alcohol use ever. Still on my journey.

Just wish it worked a bit faster. The brand I had gotten a couple years back was better. Every once in a while this is great for a cleanse — especially if you drink soda or even beer. Works significantly better if taken immediately prior to energy drinks or beer rather than later. No weird coffee gut or beer gut. I mostly use it for the former. But since I don’t drink often - it’s a good idea if I’m having a couple beers

I like this product a lot since it is a liquid and I can adjust dosing to meet my needs. After reading views I tried a dropper full of product twice a day which was way too much for my body to handle, so I now use 12 drops a day in half a cup of warm lemon water with a drop of stevia in the morning before I eat breakfast. After being on it a while I have noticed my energy has increased, I have less bloating and no digestive issues. This works great if you make necessary changes to your diet which is a must if you have a fatty liver problem like I do. Keeps my liver and digestive system happy, so it's one less thing I have to worry about. Glad I could find it on Amazon, recommend subscribe & save so you always have a supply.

For the last several months, I've been experiencing pressure in my upper abdomen, especially right after eating and was only having a bowel movement 3 times a week, ugh!!. Granted, my diet during this time was awful and I consuming waaaaaay too much wine, lol. So I knew it was time to change and that I needed to take better care of my liver. In all my research of liver detoxification supplements, Benevolent's reviews won me over and I'm SO glad I made the purchase!I use a 1.2 ml measuring spoon (about 32 drops = 1/4 tsp) in a half cup of water and swig it down, doesn't taste bad at all, IMO. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks at this point, but a week in, the pressure in my upper abdomen is gone and I now have movements daily, sometimes twice a day (woo hoo!) and I've even noticed I have more energy. I'm truly grateful for such a great product!!

I believe I have fatty liver. I also had to have my gallbladder removed, and then had a horrible time digestively adjusting to that post op.
