Saved my bag in Tanzania
This was one of my best purchases for my trip to Tanzania. I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in the rainy season and it kept my bag dry through 4 days straight of downpour. I used it to keep dirt from bag while on the Serengeti, and it kept everything out including the finest of dust. Having the two straps kept the fly in place while hiking. The only sign of wear is on the reflective stripe which has scratches off in a few spots, but there is no other signs of wear after a month of heavy use. My favorite thing is how well it fit the bottom of my bag, I felt I could put my bag down everywhere, including in mud, and not get my bag wet or dirty.

Just what I needed
This is great for my needs. If it's over my drone backpack with a couple of them strapped to the outside no problem.Pros:-Has a 4 way strap to keep it connected to the backpack-Has a drawstring to tighten it around the back pack-It's bright and has a reflective strip to make it easily visible for use during low light.-Folds into its own small compartment to easy clip to your bag or hide somewhereCons:-I have been able to think of one yetAll in all this is a great protective cover for your drone back pack or any back pack in general that you don't want to get wet. I'd recommend it for anybody in need of something like this, your straps can fit through so it goes on your back comfortably like normal, this just covers so that stuff inside does not get wet.

Review on the Granite Gear Crown2 60
This is just an out the box review. I have not used it in rain yet but have no reason to think it would not work. This is on my Granite Gear Crown2 60 long torso version.I like the small size and weight of the cover. It’s storage bag is attached so it just rolls into itself and very easily. It covers my pack well. It has two straps that are designed to hold it to the pack. These run between your back and the pack. The horizontal strap is fine but the verticals strap isn’t long enough. The buckle sits right at your butt on the hip belt. I could feel it pressing into me. However, I don’t think the strap is necessary as the cover has elastic around it.Pros:Fits the Crown2 60Small and LightweightStops easilyCons:Verticals strap is not long enough for my packIf verticals strap is used, the buckle presses into your hipFor the price, I think this is a good buy and nice to have just in case. It won’t take up too much space and the weight is negligible. Better to have a few ounces of cover weight than pounds of soaked up water weight.

Tough and well-made, but too large for my pack ( a modase 40L)
I ordered three pack covers to look at. This one was the biggest of the three and, while well-made, I ended up keeping the one that fit better and packed up smaller.I like the drainage hole feature. But unless you get the right size, the hole will be too high up in the event water gets in the bottom in a deluge.I ordered the XL of this one.The one I kept was the ZM-SPORTS size XL. They do have different sizing I see now. 50-65L (ZM Sports) vs 65-90L (Fancywing)Because I have things in the pockets of my pack and strapped on the outside, I did not order the size recommended for a 40-L pack.

Order a size up
I got a Large (45-60L) and it barely covers my 46L backpack (Osprey Porter 46L)--in fact, only one of the straps is long enough to clip. The sizing is the only reason why I gave this 3 stars. Fortunately it still fit my 46L backpack, but it wouldn't have covered my 60L backpack at all.Otherwise, super durable, love the reflective band, and I also used it to protect my backpack when I checked it in when flying.

Great Product!!
This affordable product really did the trick. My husband and I went to Glacier National Park and June has the most rainfall of any months. Indeed - it rained some everyday. This product was easy to use and kept our packs dry (with food and papers in there. I hate it when I pack gets wet) during our many hikes. Definitely recommend for any setting including even regular days at home when it is pouring out. The one small issue is the reflective coating scratches easily and right away. Still give it 5 stars and really doesn't detract from the product. Would buy again.

Put It On and Leave It Be
I would have given this a 2-star rating only because I am constantly digging for things in my backpack. If you are hiking and don't need access to your backpack at all, this might even be a 5-Star product for you. It will keep your pack dry. It is just a pain to put it on, if you pack is full. It takes some getting used to. Also, heaven forbid, should you need to get something from your pack, have fun taking off the buckled straps and putting them back on. It didn't work for me. I think using a poncho and looking like the Hunchback of Notre Dame is a better deal.

Better quality than most, at a price that is best!
I ordered this for an upcoming camping trip. Thinking it would be handy as my main back pack does not happen one built in. And for the price , I Absolutely love it. Good thick material, solid stitching on the seams. Fits mine pretty snug but I measured my bag before ordering. Love the big reflective strap across it, visible as far as I could see. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to add a good bit of protection to a bag
