I got this product to help heat up my bedroom which is starting to get colder than the rest of my apartment as we approach the winter months. I was at first shocked with how small the unit itself is, with the overall frame slightly larger than a shoebox, I highly recommend to check the dimensions before purchasing. But I found that despite the size it heats my room pretty evenly. I can turn it on, close the bedroom door, and after about five minutes the room will feel pretty comfortable. The entire room got a temperature slightly above average room temperature (~73F) so I wasn't sweltering hot but I did notice a significant difference whenever I left the room and came back in. I didn't notice the noise too much, the first few nights I was just so comfortable that it lulled me to sleep, but it is slightly louder than a room fan and if you're used to sleeping in a quiet space it'll definitely stand out. During the day I have it on as I work from home and the noise hasn't interfered with any conference calls. The remote is useful for when I want to turn it on or off while in bed and I haven't had too many issues with responsiveness, but then again the heater is usually facing me and I do not turn on the oscillating feature so the remote has clear line of sight to the unit. A few complaints I have: whenever you want to change the settings, put a timer, or turn it on, it makes a loud beeping noise that can be kind of jarring especially in the middle of the night. Also the LED screen on the top is pretty bright and I wish there was an option to dim it - EDIT: I discovered you can actually turn off the LED by holding down the oscillation button. Overall I recommend this for evenly distributing heat across small enclosed spaces.

The media could not be loaded.  This heater is exactly what I hoped for when I ordered. I am a seasonal camper so we start camping in May and stop in late October. I purchased this a few weeks ago as I knew the weather was going to eventually change. This past weekend I used this heater all weekend and it was awesome. We do have central heat in my camper however I didn't want to waste a bunch of propane to heat the whole camper when it just gets cool at night so we just needed heat in the bedroom. I like there there are multiple modes depending on how much heat you want and how long you want it on. The remote makes using this heater a breeze from anywhere. My favorite feature is you can set the temperature and it will maintain that temperature for however long you have the heater running. I had it set to about 70 and it was about 55 outside and this heater ran all night with no issues at all. I have even used it in the livingroom of the camper as well. Its a great unit to have with us. Its large enough to heat any of the rooms we put it in yet small enough to be portable and movable. I am considering buying another to use at home also!

First off, I highly recommend this product. With that out of the way, I usually do not write reviews but I wanted to share so others could experience a heater that is high quality but at a good price. Currently I live in the PNW where it can range anywhere from 35 – 80 degrees all within the same 24 hours (I might be exaggerating a bit but not much). Since Covid I’ve been working from home and my office is in the back of my house, isn’t insulated very well and is drafty so I wanted a heater I could put right by me to warm me up but to also warm up the room. I don’t want to turn on the central heating because the rest of the house would then be too hot. I looked at a dozen reviews of different heaters and decided to give this one a try & it was delivered within 1 day!*Appearance – Sleek & black, matches my new desk & floor lighting I purchased and my home office is coming together nicely. The unit is lightweight but looks expensive not cheap at all.*Out of the box – Plugged it in, turned it on and my room heated up within minutes. Started at 95 degrees and then I lowered it to 70, the design is intuitive, so no manual reading required.*Noise – None, I swear this is the quietest heater I’ve never heard!Overall, if you choose this product, you won’t be disappointed.

I live in Florida, and since it’s hot most of the year, the apartment I live in does not have a heater. It’s gotten down to 34 degrees inside the house once or twice, and I couldn’t deal with being huddled in blankets all the time - that may sound silly to some northerners, but you get used to your blood being warm, and if it’s 70 one day and 40 the next, my body freaks out lol. Since I had to purchase a heater, I wanted to get the most bang for my buck possible, and this Taotronics space heater has performed better than I could have hoped for! My apartment is pretty open concept, with the bedroom closed off and the kitchen and living room connected with a hallway. Just by leaving the heater running in the hallway pointed towards the living room, it manages to warm the entire apartment after a few hours! On a cold day, it’s almost like sitting in front of a fire in terms of satisfaction, with the perfect amount of heat output. I also really like the safety features it has, since we have a cat who visits on occasion. He knocked it over once out of curiosity - not only did the beeping alert me to come fix it, it also freaked the cat out enough that he hasn’t touched it since. It has now been running perfectly for almost a month, and as the nights get colder, it is becoming the most important appliance in the house.

I've bought other TaoTronics gear, specifically the desk lamps with multiple modes (study, sleep, wind down, etc.) made by them. They're quality products and I purchased four of them in total. This little heater, however, despite it being here for only a day has made me very happy during this cold winter day. I tried tilting it on its side while it was on and it turned off after 5 seconds, with beeps as warning. This is a great safety feature. I've yet to see it turn off from overheating, but it hasn't been on too high a setting to overheat. It's a promising space heater for a small room in an apartment. It'd work great in larger rooms too.

I bought this for my 21' travel trailer to use during the cold fall months of camping in Canada, and its worked a treat.I set the heater on the floor just below my cupboards, and there is just enough clearance to have this work as it should and still be able to open the doors freely.The heater can be easily switched between Celsius and Fahrenheit (if you can't do the math), and the small remote is a bonus (and simple to use) for those cold nights when you don't want to get out of bed.My rough interior space of my trailer is 18' long by 8' wide (when slide is open) by 7 feet tall?? This heater has no problem warming the space up, and with the automatic on and off temperature settings, you don't have to worry about it running when it doesn't need to.The heater also comes with an automatic shutoff switch, so if somebody accidentally knocks it over in the middle of the night you won't burn your trailer down.It's getting into November and the nights are getting colder, so I will park the trailer and move the heater into the spare bedroom for when guests arrive.I've had the heater about 6 weeks now and so far no complaints at all.

I got if for a friend who is always cold. Since Dec 24 when I gave it the them, every day I'm receiving messages: "oh my God that is awesome heater", "OMG, remote is amazing", "OMG it is oscillating", "OMG it heats so fast", "OMG it looks cool", "OMG it's so quiet" .. so there... I think I picked the gift wisely....... Edit Jan 14: company promised $60 gift card for a good review. Heater still works fine but no gift card. Taking stars off for misleading company practices. That's why there are so many 5 star reviews.

I will admit I thought this would be another Chinese knockoff, but I needed something compact, and affordable for my workspace. I work in a condo gatehouse as a security guard and all of us pitched in for a small space heater which I was in charge of buying. I was very pleasantly surprised, Its been 4 months and no significant problems. Its had its share of bumps and knocks but still keeps going regardless that it runs nearly 24 hours a day. The only significant draw back is that it does have to be reasonably close to be effective. Other then that its great: multiple modes, straight forward digital display, shuts down if it falls over. It stopped working for a small period of time but Taotronics support was quite helpful but in the end I didn't even need to do anything as it fixed itself.

Very pleased with this small, quiet heater for a basement bedroom. Would definitely purchase again.

My office space in the house is the cold spot of the house. With the aotronics TT-HE001 I can now work comfortably and dress casual :).
