I ordered this for my daughter's 8th birthday because she saw the commercials and went crazy for Juggle Bubbles.Like, CRAZY. That catch-her-playing-pretend-Juggle-Bubbles brand of crazy.So, I placed a quick order and felt like Dad of the Year. Then, days later, I read the myriad of poor reviews. My heart dropped-- I had made a horrible, no good, awful mistake. I could see it- she was going to open them up, try to play with them, and then fall into a crying, sobbing heap of a mess when they didn't work.But, the cards had been dealt, the present was already wrapped, and I had tied my fate to a shoddy product.D-day. She opens them, screams out "You got me JUGGLE BUBBLES?! I LOVE YOU DADDY!!!" I played along, but my heart wasn't in it. Only I knew what was about to happen. "Shh, sweetie, it will all be over soon" I thought.We went outside to play with them. I carefully read the instructions, thinking "Maybe, if I do everything right, the Juggle Bubbles won't fail catastrophically and I'll be able to let her down gently." So, we made sure not to shake the bubbles. We blew only one at a time. We let it sit on the tip of the wand for 5 seconds. We dismounted the bubble with a gentle downward flick. We did everything right for this first, fateful bubble.My breath stopped. The bubble floated slowly toward her outstretched gloves, almost imperceptibly slowly. My jaw clenched. My colon fluttered. The bubble touched her gloves, and I braced for the coming explosion of bubble solution and angry, confused tears.Then, the craziest thing happened- THEY WORKED! They really, really worked, and she has been playing Juggle Bubbles as the sun sets over our yard on the eve of her birth eight very short years ago. It made the perfect end to a perfect day. Birthday accomplished.Minus one star because they run out really fast (the bottle only lasted us a couple of days). I can't help but wonder why they worked so poorly for so many people. Did we get a good batch, while they got poor ones? Maybe. But I have to ask all of the other reviewers out there... Did you actually read the instructions?TL;DR They worked for me and my daughter after we read and followed the instructions.

My 4 yr old son loves this!! The reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because it only comes with a 4oz bottle of bubble solution. Weak!! And also because the directions should be written better. It takes about half of the 4 oz bottle to get the hang of it. You have to blow the bubble to the desired size than use a good flick of the wrist to make it come off the blower without popping.So my recommendation to you is: order some juggle bubble refill solution with your activity set or you'll be sad waiting for more to arrive after you blow through the first small bottle.It is super cool!!!! Just be patient at first, until you get the hang of it.

By three year old was sold on the commercials, and anticipated the arrival of his Juggle Bubbles. We received them quickly, (2 days). In the package was a small tray in which to pour the bubbles, a pair of orange gloves, a blowing tool, and a very small container of bubbles. The bubbles weren't anything special (no special formula, it seems, to make them "stronger"), and like I said, I was put off by the very small container of bubbles. For $10, I expect more. We found the technique needed to blow the bubbles relatively easily, but the bubbles didn't juggle very well, even when the gloves were dry (as per the instruction pamphlet). My boy was left wanting, so I ended up going online to find a homemade "giant bubble" recipe, ordered some vegetable glycerine, and upon it's arrival, made our own. Those were much tougher and lasted longer. C'est la vie.

Does it work? Yes, it works. But the impression that you can blow a bubble and bounce it on your hands like a ball that won't pop is not true. You can get a few bounces and that is all. The smaller you make the bubble, the longer it lives but the harder it is to bounce. My daughter enjoyed it but quickly became frustrated when the bubbles easily broke after 3 to 4 bounces.

. They do work. You do need to follow the instructions. Especially the 5 second wait. Of course they are not all they are hyped up to be. But we are having a lot of fun with them. And, the smaller the more durable. About the size of a baseball. Not the size of a basketball as pictured.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews, maybe we got lucky and received a good set but these worked great for us! I followed the directions to a tee we had a lot of fun, my 4 yr old was able to juggle one bubble 42 times before stopping because her arms got tired. Definitely need to follow the instructions and don't blow the bubbles too big.

Once you get the hang of how to flick off the bubble its fun. But like many of these items the attention capture time is limited to a couple hours over a few days...then you'll run out of the bubbles. My son really enjoyed playing with it and many of his friends commented "I want juggle bubbles".

I love these! Every bubble that I blew up lasted for two minutes or more! Very fun. I'm 11 years old and my parents didn't need to help me at all to make this work. I just want to remind everyone that you need to hold the bubble on the bubble blower thingy for at least five seconds and that trying to hit the bubbles too hard can make it pop. Also blowing it too big can make it pop. This product was well worth the money I spent and the shipping was fast. I recommend this product.
