I bought these to hold up a rolled up mosquito net in my campervan, using two elasticated straps. I needed strong magnets as most of the metal in the van is carpeted. At first I was a little disappointed as they appeared to be a little weak, but then I found out that the area I was trying them on had 2 layers of carpet on it. The fact they held through that at all was impressive. I then removed a small piece of the top layer and the adhesion was vastly improved. I decided to then remove the bottom layer as well, so we are now down to metal. Now they have come into their own, they are impressively strong for their size. I used the others to hold the bottom of the net solid to the van when rolled down and am confident it will stay exactly where it should.

i use these to hold my wood down onto my laser engravers bed.. helps stop the wood from warping.. just watch your fingers when they snap together..

Nice and strong, smaller than I thought I wished that the magnetic inserts had some counter sink holes on the other polarity that way when you want to connect on flat side to another it wouldn't try and flip on ya.

Purchased these to hold a 90cm x 30cm furniture board onto the front of the storage area underneath a campervan rock and roll bed. The hardest decision was deciding which ‘strength’ magnets to purchase as obviously they had to cope with the forces of braking and/or potholes in the road etc. I initially used four of these magnets but they were so strong that we could not pull the board off the metal bedframe. We settled on only using two of the magnets. Even then my wife has to really heave the panel off. Amazingly good.

This is my second pack of these magnets. They are very strong indeed and I've used them for my bench plane rack. The bigger of these planes are quite heavy but sit securely behind a small lip and held against the wall by the magnets. I have to give them quite a yank to free them which is perfect.

The media could not be loaded. Because there is no counter sync holes in the metal attachment part, the mechanism doesn’t work as the magnet will no longer sit flush or anything like flush to its metal counterpart when you put screws in it.If you’re not bothered about having a counterpart metal piece to attach the magnet to the magnet itself is pretty good just bear remind you won’t be able to use the metal parts with it.

Just powerful enough in a compact size , for work holding when surface grinding small items.Very Useful.
