D-Mannose Capsules (No Additives) - 1000mg Per Serving - Cystitis and UTI Support (120 Caps)

Unfortunately I found out after buying this product that I'm not allowed to take anything that includes cranberries. I take a blood thinner and was told it interferes with my meds. The delivery was quick and well packed that's really all I an say.

I was recommend to try these supplements by a urologist after i was referred with repeated uti's.I have been taking them for about 18 months now and haven't had any uti's since.Went for this brand as they don't contain fillers and if you buy the largest pack they're excellent value for money

D Mannose is very effective - but these Amazon packets get smaller and smaller. Its hard to tell what you are getting with grams but let me tell you - this is such a small pack of capsules its laughable. You would need to take a handful and it would cost you couple of quid a time. Buy the product - but not from this seller. Note - the bag of powder is no better. More of a sachet than a bag!

Great product works wonders on keeping uti at bay I have suffered years of them one after another and these are very effective pure dmannose no additives

Definitely believe they work been taking infection for years constantly but only get once in a while massive difference
