After taking this zinc supplement for 14 days now. I feel stronger because my seasonal allergies and just overall body feels stronger, I feel I can fight off my normal sinus problems after heavy cleaning in dusty areas in my home. Easy to take, has know taste and I believe it helped my family and I through having COVID. We were told to take Zinc, vitamin C and D, and 2 baby aspirin. My husband and I are both over 60.
