R-8 HVAC Duct Wrap Insulation - 4' x 50' (200 Sq Ft)

We bought this to insulate our air ducts as it has a higher R value than conventional silver insulation. It installs as designed and should help us to lower our energy bill.The package was delivered on time and in pristine condition. Good job !!

A bit more than I needed, but it works great. Likely as not I'll find plenty of other stuff needing an insulation wrap, so it won't go to waste.

This is not R-8 wrap. It is your usual R-6 wrap when you add the spacers provided. Bought this so I wouldn’t have to double wrap my duct work and I still had to. Not to mention its only 4’ tall when duct work is 5’. Please change to R-6 in the description.

my basement stays around 57 year round we really don't use it so we don't care but our ducts to the first floor are in the basement. After insulating the outside of the ducts and trunk we saw 4-6 degree difference at the duct outlet. Heat doesn't run as long.

This was my winter project., now my cooling cost has dropped one hundred dollars a month.
