Great flavor & just the right amount of heat to complement your favorite sandwich

Unsure of the reason that the South does not retail crushed red peppers in many of the stores. But this product brought "home " to the south! Great on a hoagie! Will order again.

If you want a little spicy kick to your sandwich I recommend this spread; we go through a jar of it in 2 months (just hubby & myself). We have used this for over 5 years to add a little spice to an ordinary meat sandwich.

I love this sub spread. I have been using ever since my first steak and cheese sub experience in Maryland back in 1973 or so. I used to use San-Del, but it looks like they went belly up and it is now made as Cento's which is a good product too. The Tallarico's got too pricey at Amazon and I get it now at City Made.This spread is great with fried chicken cutlets too. Sometimes I will find a bit more generic spicy hero spread at BigLots (local store) that is real good too and best price of all since I don't pay any shipping.

i bought 2 twin packs by accident BUT glad i did sister so happen to stop in and ""confiscated"" a couple of jars!!!!! just ssoooo good grilled cheese sandwiches, eggs, mac & cheese etc.,etc.

One of the two jars arrived broken, with oil and peppers everywhere, seeping through the cardboard box. There doesn't seem to be a way to get it replaced.

This product is from Pennsylvania. When we lived there, we bought, and used it, all the time. After moving away, it was no longer available so we were happy to find in on Amazon. Of course it's more expensive than in the Pennsylvania grocery stores, but we're appreciative to have it available again.

I like this stuff just a bit costly for what you get.
