Nice but weak, and def not tequila flavour
If you are looking for tequila flavour, look elsewhere. If you are looking for something different to jazz up your alcahol free options then this is an interesting option. The flavour is nice, but very sweet. Vanilla cordial with a bit of earth and a hint of spice. Overall I like it, but the flavour isn’t strong enough. It tastes watered down, which is disappointing. If they changed the ratio of ingredients they’d have a really nice AF spirit here.

Tastes nothing like actual tequila - v. disappointing
I love tequila and have a huge range of the stuff as it's my go-to spirit over anything else. I saw this as the first non-alcoholic brand I have seen so thought I would buy and try as I'd love to have a tequila drink to have on days when I'm not drinking. Unfortunately it tastes nothing like actual tequila, the flavour profile is completely off and tastes pretty bad, in my opinion.Love the idea, don't like the execution of the spirit.

Dry January..
This is not going to taste like Tequila, but it is made from 100% blue agave! If you want a drink that is gonna remind you of your clubbing days, downin shots of Jose Cuervo, falling over drunk and losing your shoe - this isn't the drink for you! But, if you wish to make non-alcoholic cocktails that taste amazing and sophisticated, give this a go!This is my second bottle, the first of which I was super impressed with, so I ordered a second as back-up.

Nice but doesn't keep
Nice but it doesn't keep like a spirit. Mould started forming less than 4 weeks after opening. Didn't even get quarter of the way through it.

Nice idea that doesn't quite work
Perhaps the idea of "alcohol free tequila" raises the question of whether you like the taste of tequila or whether or not the alcohol content and the way of drinking it makes more of an impact than the taste. To be honest, I didn't get much "tequila" taste or flavour from this. It is a very drinkable thing and not at all unpleasant but I don't think it would fool many people into thinking it was the real thing. There's vanilla notes and a hint of smokiness but neither are particularly strong or overpowering.Neat/on it's own isn't really the best way to drink this. It's better with something, be it a mixer or (as much as it might defeat the object) added to an alcoholic spirit. It doesn't really do the job as a tequila "substitute" and whilst pleasant as a drink in it's own context that alone probably doesn't justify buying a bottle just for that.

Lovely to drink on its own or with a mixer
This Agave based drink is alcohol free but still has a bit of bite to the taste. I tried it on its own which I really enjoyed and also with a tonic and a slice of lime, which was also great tasting. Comes in an attractive bottle with a Mockingbird on the front. For those who for whatever reason do not want to have an alcoholic drink this mock tequila is terrific. Highly recommended.

Drinkable but not even a hint of tequila flavour
Nothing like tequila. Pleasant but it's very simple vanilla flavour... Lazy job..

A very delicate flavour...
As someone who does not drink alcohol, I am a huge fan of this new generation of sophisticated adult orientated soft drinks. They can have a huge punch of flavour and a kick.(Seedlip is a favourite example of this.)So I was excited to try this Mockingbird Tequila.Taken neat in a shot glass, it is quite bland, and lacking in any spohisticated taste or character. It is not unpleasant, it is perfectly shippable, its just it is bland.Added to tonic, or other mixers it creates a pleasant drink, but does not add any character to the mix.In summary, these new distilled non alcoholic spirits are great.Mockingbird is not the best example, it has at best a very delicate flavour, at worst it is just bland.
