2007 Dodge Ram 1500, KC 6x9 off-road lamps, 12/Sept/2020, TexasI have a pair of KC 6x9's installed in the grill of my Ram. These lights house a single H3 lamp in each, but they are spring clipped in, not twist locked. So installing them using the spring clip was pretty difficult w/o a pair of pliers, but did not take more than 20min total to install both. They are definitely brighter than the 8 year old halogen bulbs I pulled out, but they are not blindingly bright, but they do illuminate a lot better and more area than the halogens. Well worth the investment... IF they last!First pic is of the headlights and fog lights but the two KC 6x9's off, the second is the KC's turned on, the third is the area illuminated by JUST the KC's, the fourth is the area illuminated by all 6 lights, and the fifth is a pic of all 6 lights in the truck.Longevity is unknown. Will update again in 6 months to a year.

These things have a HUGE housing. It makes it a massive pain to install in some housings.The cable is ridiculously long, and the canbus decoder is bulky. The canbus decoder doesn’t even work because the lights flicker a lot.Over the last month of using them I’ve noticed they’ve gotten noticeably dimmer too. Doubt the lights will even work in 6 months. Even when they were first turned on I was extremely underwhelmed. My low beams are almost double as bright as these bulbs.Overall I wouldn’t pay 10$ for these lights. Too bad it’s already past the return date.

The media could not be loaded.  These f16 plus model are the ones you want!Extremely bright? Big yes!Easy to install.. not really. Some modifications were required.On my 06 legacy gt fogs,1. I had to bend the thumb tab for the bulb retainer out of the way otherwise the heatsink hits it interferes2. I had to pinch down the spade connectors to hold onto the bulbs connectors securely. Not a huge deal3. The dust caps are obviously out of the question.Other than that I love these things so far. Bulb facts showed that auxbeam includes a 2 year warranty. We'll see about that should anything happen. I'll update this review as time goes on.

great bulbs, was super duper impressed with all aspects of it, that is until it blew something out internally on the drivers side and almost burned my car down.
