Great design
Is bigger than looks in pics but after install looks in perspective.Drain adjusts from very low profile to thick flooring and has side cuts to catch when profiled to very minimum.Seals very well to (in my case) plywood subfloor- may want to oil base coat the wood area first just in case is wet often.A bit expensive but well worth the peace of mind- I also installed a vent pipe near the connection and a bit of advise- install a p-trap and if possible fabricate your own with a deeper drop and if not using on a regular bases fill with cooking oil which will never evaporate (water evaporation allows sewer gas to fill the room, smells bad and is dangerous as well).

Customer request
We had a customer that wanted a floor drain in a laminate plank floor in the bathroom. We were able to use this drain to meet that request.

Do not buy this drain! It is defective and leaks!
I bought this drain thinking that the PVC basin would be easiest to connect to our plastic drain pipe. The installation was easy but it leaks. The pre assembled drain leaks between the basin and flashing collar (see photo). Evidentally PVC not rigid enough and bows creating leak at gasket. Unfortunately did not know this until installation was complete. Now we have a leak from roof drain in a new roof and will have to tear out roofing and drain/pipes to replace and will have to patch new roof to install replacements. Contacted Zurn directly and they did not seem to care much or offer any help. I would recommend going with cast iron vs plastic.
