We were reluctant to install this based on the printed directions inside the box (yikes), but we discovered the Onbox app which gives you step by step video instructions. They’re awesome! The gate was actually easy to install, easy to use and looks so much nicer than the old wooden gates. We are buying another one!

I needed a solid gate so my yorkie could not get out. He has always squeezed through bars on gates, or climbed the standard baby gates sold at stores. This is the first one he cannot get out of so for that, I am super happy! A little expensive, but seeing that it works, was worth the money for my situation.

Easy install and it works great. Sturdy and easy to open and close.

This gate is phenominal. I only gave 4/5 stars because the instructions are completely useless & you basically have to figure it out on your own. The gate is easily unlatched and latched with 1 hand. And the best part, no big gaps! If you have ferrets you know how hard it is to find a gate that can keep them out and this one does the trick. Make sure you place it as low to the ground as possible, though, otherwise I think the gap underneath will be too wide. All in all a great gate, just fix the instructions!

I prayed we would finally find a gate that our small dog couldn't crawl under or on the side to get out of the kitchen area. This one actually keeps our Coco where she's meant to be during the day when we are at work. She's always been an escape artist but this gate keeps her in. It is a little difficult to open sometimes, but I will step over it if my patience is lacking that day. You just have to get used to pushing the tab down and then slide it back. And this gate looks 100 times better than what we had rigged before.

It came and when I opened the box there were so many different parts that I just packed it back up. It did not look like an easy item to put together, for the price that I paid. It is going back.

I bought this to keep my dogs out of the dining room where the cats eat. I had to buy a different type, with a cat door, for the second entrance, so the cats can get in. This is a great concept, but, it was difficult to install and it's very difficult to close, which is why I gave it 3 stars. It requires two hands and some strength. I wish it came in a larger width with a pet door, because I do really like the accordion design, but, the open/close design needs to be changed.
