They work!
Came exactly as described and they are useful enough during lock down. The only thing would be to have the weight amount of resistance on each band. Ya idk they're rubber bands what more can I say?!

Will they last?
Not sure at the moment how long these will last as they seam flimsy and I feel they will burst. Time will tell.
