I do love these roasted Almonds. They have a nice soft crunch if that makes sense and taste lovely. I chop them up and sprinkle on my breakfast and yogurts to add a bit of extra roughage. They are quite expensive but worth the money I think. However, the last bag I ordered did have a surprise in store. I was eating my yogurt with chopped Almonds on top and nearly broke my tooth on something. Spat it out and it looks like a piece of wood (see pictures) - but must be the remains of an Almond shell. About the size of a one pence piece. In future I'll have to empty the nuts into a dish first before chopping them up and sort out any stray shells. I know occasionally there maybe shell fragments, that escape quality control, in amongst the nuts , but this beauty nearly broke my tooth. Take care when tucking in. Apart from that they are great tasting Almonds and I have purchased them again since this bag.

Hard to find nuts that are roasted, unsalted and gluten free. Easy to shop from Dorri, they have it all here. Fast delivery and the packaging is amazing I was really happy with my whole purchase.

These nuts when ground, mixed with coconut oil and very dark chocolate make excellent sweets!
