This chandelier is so pretty and it was incredibly easy to mount! The screws that came with it were a little long so it didn't sit flush to the ceiling. I messaged the seller and they sent out a shorter set of screws to match the hardware. Quick and easy fix thanks to the excellent customer service. This chandelier totally elevated the look of my laundry room.

It’s honestly, perfect! If you need a touch of elegance for that small space of at least a 10x10 square foot room, this is the light fixture you want! Super easy to install and very easy to assemble the prisms. All you have to do is hang them from their convenient loops provided on the fixture. The prisms will even catch the light as if they’re crystal. Super great price. The box fit right into my mailbox! I’m very pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend this product! Last photo shows that one is able to add extra prisms if they want.

This is super cute- BUT it was a huge pain to put it together, and an even bigger pain putting up. No instructions were in the box. We had to follow the picture to try and correctly string the crystals- and luckily my father is an electrician because half of the needed parts were not included in the box! Screws and nuts for the electrical and hanging were NOT in the box. Beyond a pain and I could totally see this taking FOREVER for someone who might not 100% know what they are doing or know what they need. Up it is super cute, and exactly what u wanted for the area! We are going to add moody wallpaper behind and two floating shelves under. Based alone on the missing instructions and missing pieces I would not buy again or recommend. This was NOT easy to assemble.

Great packaging, instructions, proper equipment. It doesn't actually look great in the area because it's too small for the space, but it is still really pretty.

Looks really lovely in my toilet. Bulb is E14 in UK not the one recommended. Which is why 4* It's a fiddle, put it up on ceiling first and add crystals then. Starting in middle 4,3, then the 2 fits the long outside string. Instructions I got were from something completely different.

I ordered two of these chandeliers for our sun room. both came in a timely manner well wrapped with good instructions. The first one went up wit no problem, was the perfect size to add a little charm and sparkle and not too overwhelming in it's size to get in your way when you stood up. (our sun Rm ceiling is 7.5" so something too low would be an issue for my 6.6" son for sure. Anyway the 2nd light had an interior fault to the wiring, so would not work. I have to Give Carmine five stars for her positive attitude and helpful customer service! She got right on this, sending a replacement asap. I likewise did my part and understandably, forwarded her an image of the damage, so she could likewise be reimbursed. In the end, for the price I am very pleased with the product and very pleased with the wonderful customer service! I would definitely buy again! Constance

This was well packaged, with good directions and even extra parts if needed. This is a small light but very pretty. I bought two chrome for a main hallway and they’re perfect and then decided to get another in black. Both are really nice. Recommend putting crystals on before installation hard to do when it’s up.
