My only gripe with this product is the artificial sweetener acesulfame potassium (also found in ON whey and other 'health' supplements) that has been linked to weight gain and endocrine disruptions. Would have much rather preferred sugar or a sugar alcohol-based sweetener (sorbitol, etc that are used in sugar-free gums and toothpaste.)The granule-based form is far superior to capsules as they're free of unhealthy fillers (seed oils). Just make sure to have your vitamin D3 with a fatty meal, or full-creamed milk for optimal absorption since vitamin D is fat-soluble.The vitamin D3 itself is high-quality. My supplementation regime followed an initial bolus dose of 120,000 IU/weekly for 1 month followed by a maintenance dose of 60,000 IU/weekly for several months. Blood tests before and after 3 months of supplementation indicated my serum 25-hydroxy(vitamin D) status had improved from 16.1 ng/mL to 60.9 ng/mL, where it currently stands.Lifeguards and hunter-gatherers who are exposed to the sun most of the day, unlike modern humans who are clothed and habituate indoors, have been shown to have vitamin D levels around 40-60 ng/mL. So regardless of what your industry-paid endocrinologist says, evolution suggests higher levels of vitamin D are therapeutic.

It is really a good product and its flavour is so good that you will like it. It reduces the symptoms caused by the lack of vitamin D.

If you don't have enough vitamin D, the body can't get calcium from food so it takes calcium out of your bones. This leads to weaker bones, fractures, and osteoporosis. Getting more D3 from foods is specifically helpful for improving peak bone density. So I have ordered this product but what I feel this is more sugary and flavour isn’t good.

This is very good. However i have it only twice a month (every 15 days) because the dose is too high for me and i don't have any vitmain D deficiency per se. Worth every penny and this has also been helping in reducing my hair fall out. I previously bought another vitamin D tablet by Nature's Velvet because its the best seller on amazon however it arrived with a note inside the packaging saying - "give us 5 stars in your review, take a screenshot of it and whatsapp to +91xxxxxxx and you will get a free multivitamin tablet bottle" so that's why there were so many good reviews! it didnt work for me at alll and i saw no improvements in my overall health

The product is good, price is better. Market will give you 30/ sachet.But I got 19 sachets in pack instead of 20 promised. Not returning it though but expect the company to do a better in QC please.In return, I am keeping a star back too, since you kept a sachet back with you!

I have been using branded D3 powders. Saw this with good flavour and thought this could be good. But, after using half of it, i'm starting to think if there is any effective D3 at all in this product. May its just a stevia based flavour drink. Taste is good though. But is it effective in doing whats the actual purpose? doubtful.

Vitamin d deficiency has been considered a silent killer in today's time as per latest medical research, almost 80% population come prone to having this deficiency because of long hours indoor seating , even people of 25-30 age are likely to having not enough vitamin d in their body which could result as weak bones or other heart related issues in later time period of life, this sachet I probably found the best vitamin d dose so far, you have to take once a week (important) and that's it, after 1 or 2 months you would start feeling a change for sure, taste is awesome

Easy to use. Mixes easily with Milk. Great taste... love the butterscotch flavor. Would have been even better if the sweetness from the artificial sweetener was a little less.
