Bao me up baby
These are great for a quick, easy meal! The filling is flavorful, and the texture of the dough is soft yet holds up well during cooking. I especially liked the variety of fillings, from pork to vegetable, though some might find the flavor a little mild. A dash of soy sauce or chili oil elevates them perfectly!

Excellent quality
These are great to keep frozen and just heat up quickly. Ideal snack serving size

They were a quarter way thawed
Tasty, but they had started thawing. As had the other Itsu item, but the fish in crumb was still perfectly frozen. Even the cold pack was half thawed. This was a packing problem, the frozen bag was not kept frozen after packing. The Itsu items may just not be suitable for delivery.

Perfect snack!
Such a convenient and tasty snack to have in the freezer. So easy to make, just pop them in the provided paper bags and place in the microwave for 40 seconds, after 20 secs of cooling time you have a soft and tasty bao bun to eat! Love it, so simple and different and something warm to snack on during the day! Will definitely order again, wish there was a selection of flavours!

Tasty buns, best steamed rather than the microwave method
These are very tasty and relatively authentic buns. The microwave steaming method (with provided special bags) works but they are much tastier when steamed properly. You don't need a special steamer - just a metal colander over a boiling pot of water will do. A yummy quick lunch when you don't want much fuss!

Good buns
Better than most other buns of the same type but had to experiment to warm up all 6 buns in the microwave at the same time
