sad to realize its hollow so you cant put an edge on it or sharpen the tip, I keep it anyways because it looks stylish and Im building a spear for display and not use. It also looks and feels kind of cheap and for the price. I can see this being sold for $40 not $70, I really debated rather or not to send it back but ended up keeping it for the display purpose that I stated before but I think most people wont be pleased with what they get vs what they pay

Although not indicated in the description, this spear is made of two pieces - a steel decorative shaft and an ALUMINUM tip. I wish I had known this prior to my purchase, and now, return. It is suitable for thespian performances only.

I own this spear it's spring steel not aluminum, aluminum doesn't rust. The spear head isn't a bad quality I buy weapons and use them all the time you want to talk about junk try dark sword.
