Great customer service!
Bought one of these in 2015. The bearing failed a couple of Saturday nights ago. Was priced right, and worked great up till then. I order a new one ( cause it's kinda an emergency) and email the company about their 1 year warranty. The old motor lasted 362 days...so I expected an email response 1 day too late, or some kinda run-around. But they wrote me back at 11am Monday, and said they said my new motor was going in the mail that day, and it I mailed the old motor back in a couple days (at my expense) they would honor the warranty, and mail back a replacement motor for free. Didn't really want another motor, figured I would keep it as a spare. I Was just happy they stood by their product. But then a week later, they credited my discover card I used to purchase the original motor back in 2015! Very satisfied I will continue to use this Michigan company in the future
