Q: I'm generally a size 9. Are these true to size or should I order half a size up or down?

They are true to there size . They are very comfortable

Q: Are those laced or unlaced?

You can wear them as they are or use the laces to tighten them. They are really easy to slip on and off and stay on because they are up high enough on the foot so they don't slip off. I love them

Q: Can you put these shoes on without using your hands and just step into them?

Regarding these slip on shoes; first off they are very light and super comfortable and they look great feel great easy to slip into but you do need thumb and index to pull the heal tag up over your heal. I suppose if you slip into them yuu nay be able to get away with 1 finger in the hole of the heal tag that sticks out for pulling but they are very easy to get them on. I have 5 pair of different colors and they are a great product especially for the price !
