HENCKELS CLASSIC Steak Knife Set, 4-piece, Black/Stainless Steel

Great product!

The knives are excellent. 110% top quality - the best - I like them so much that I ordered two (2) sets of the Classic Steak Knives from this seller for Christmas to augment my existing and extensive Henckels Forged Premio set (of which I own the entire collection with some duplicates! They are so good, I use and buy only Henckels knives - though, the Forged Premio collection comes with, what I find to be, less than ideal serrated steak knives which I have never liked. These Classic Steak Knives were ordered to replace those in my knife block so I can retire the serrated ones from my Forged Premio set)....Problem being: this is advertised as a five (x5) pack of the Classic Steak Knives and it is, in fact, only four (4)?!?I want the other two (2) knives! I paid 100 bucks for a pack of five (5) Classic Steak Knives (and bought two packs so I would have a total of ten (10) knives, and, alas, I have only eight (8)).Why only four knifes in this five pack???:-(

While in the body of the description it does say 4 knives, after reviewing several steak knife options, I ultimately settled on this one based upon the main product description which states 5 piece set, yet it really is only 4 knives. (See description below) not sure if they consider the cheap box they arrived in as an additional piece, hard to believe as it’s more a shipping holder then anything else. In the included in the box section it says 5 pieces. Shame on me for perhaps not double checking the body of the description, but the banner is very deceptive. Got these for $90 (advertised at $220).. def not worth $220, the fit and finish poor, it's really unbalanced and very light. I found another brand, Mercer, their Renaissance line uses the same steel as the Wustoff Ikon premiums but fraction of the cost. They don't cary steak knives but their utility knife is the same length and weight as these Henckels but feel heavier in hand as its better balanced and the handle quality finished unlike the Henckel's rough/square edges. If the utility's are a bit big their parring knife is also an option to use as steak knives... I will be returning the henkles

These are Henkels knives. If you know Henkels knives then you know what you are getting as these are just smaller, steak-knife versions of their larger cooking cutlery set. Anyone reading complaints about quality needs to keep that in mind. The knives are quality Henkel knives.That being said, the heading for this item says "5 pc". I bought two expecting 10 knives. Only two sets of four knives showed up and, reading further in the description, you can read that it is actually a 4-knife set. Kind of a bait-and-switch. So, one-star short of a 5-star review.
