It's not just salt. Most, and by that I mean all but this one, chicken boullion is MSG salt and very little chicken flavoring. This has no MSG, which is an excitotoxin and tricks ur brain into thinking it's eating something that tastes good. When in fact u r feeding it a chemical that is damaging delicate tissue. Don't believe me? Look it up. This is not chicken flavored MSG. Which is y it's more expensive. And totally worth it if u give a crap about ur brain.
