Excellent jacks
Well made, function perfectly and fit the bill perfectly for the Four Wheel Hawk camper I have. I didn't use the corner brackets (already had them installed) so the rest of the install was relatively quick and easy.I will add that the lock bolts/nuts that came with the jacks do make it cumbersome if you intend to remove the jacks periodically (I take them off for long road trips to reduce weight and drag). They should work well at keeping tight but they are a bit tiring to install and remove if you don't have a pneumatic wrench.

No brackets to install and no good instructions.
They seem very sturdy. Each one weights 22lbs and doesn’t come with the brackets to install them, something that they should inform of and offer. The product looks of good quality. The instructions are pitiful.

Great!
These are nice jacks! They were purchased for a camper that had jacks on it that needed badly to be replaced due to they were 30 years old and bent.Know that each order contains 2 jacks. They are bright, install fast, and do the job. The cranks are a nice added feature since some just have a weird stick-shaped insert to pump up and down. The brackets these come with are sturdy and install easily. Originally I thought other brackets would be necessary, because so many jacks come with brackets that are just junk, but these worked perfect. A great purchase, just wish they were cheaper.

Functional but....
I had to replace my four Atwood manual jacks on my 2006 Lance 915 Lite and these seemed like a good choice since Happy Jack's parent company bought Atwood and closed the Atwood jack line. These are advertised as the beefiest jacks in the business...well compared to the Atwood's they are somewhat spindly, a good 1/4" smaller in diameter. They do apear stouter than Happy Jack, their only competition that I am aware of. That doesn't present a problem with the Lance 915, which is fairly light, but could be an issue with a larger camper. The real problem I have with these jacks is the fact they are far less mechanically efficient than the Atwood jacks. I noticed that right away when my Makita 12V 3/8" brushless drill driver wouldn't drive even the back jacks. The same drill driver had no problem raising the Atwood front jacks, which carry the most load on a camper. I contacted Rieco Titan customer support numerous times and just got voice mail and no call back until I used Amazon request for customer support, then I got a call back with a promise to follow up. Well that never happened. So I went ahead and ordered the front jacks, not happy that I would be having to crank the handle to raise and lower my camper and contemplating just how big of a drill driver would be required with these jacks. I tried my very powerful 1/2" corded Craftsman drill and it was also unable to drive these jacks. So I ordered a Dewalt 20V 1/2", which happened to not be a brushless design, and it wouldn't drive the jacks. So being a retired mechanical engineer I sought to figure out just how much torque is required to drive these.I hung weights on the jack handle until it moved lifting the camper front corner. It took 20-22 LB of force to move the handle, which was about 9 inches long, equating to 15-16 FT-LB of torque or about 200 inch pounds. The 12V Makita was rated at 240 inch pounds, but that was likely a running load not a stall or starting load. So I returned the brush commutated Dewalt and got a brushless version hoping that would do the job and it did. Fortunately I found a great deal on that Dewalt less $90 for the drill driver and two batteries. For comparison the 17 year old Atwood jacks required only 8 LB force to lift the same corner and the Atwood jacks had a higher lift ratio, that is they lifted the camper more per turn and with far less effort. Now the big problem would be if you have to remove your camper without the drill driver. Imagine trying to pull the hand crank over the top with your arm fully extended above your head with 20 LB of force. Possible for an average size male but definitely not for the average female or anyone with arthritis or other shoulder joint issues. This is significant enough of a detail that Rieco Titan should provide that information in their literature. Now the good, I like the Rieco Titan handle attachment that is far simpler and easier to use than the Atwood design. I also like the metal gear cover on the top with a nice metal retaining clip. The Atwood design was a plastic snap on piece that cracked and fell off and couldn't be replaced.

Incorrect Information
This product advertises that it comes with a handle and mounting hardware and it does not. The jacks in the of themselves are fine, but the seller is not accurately advertising the product. They are aware of this issue, but still haven’t changed the listing.

Good lift
These legs are a 100% improvement over the 1965 OEM tri legs that were standard equipment. What isn't mentioned on the listing is that you need to purchase the mounts separately. The good thing is the the manufacturer has Great Support available. Well worth the cost and a definite improvement to this old camper

BEWARE!!!!!!! NO BRACKETS TO MOUNT THESE JACKS INCLUDED!
$900 for a set of 4 of these jacks and they don't come with brackets to mount them to the camper! If you order these you beware!!! The quality is great and they function properly, I guess now I will have to go to their website and find brackets that will cost even more money!!!!
