I like the level of lights I like that the product is easy to handle. I’m only disappointed that four of the bulbs burnt out as you can see in the picture above. I would like to give this product another try. I would like a replacement with the same product, hoping that, it will be better because after researching all available products this still feels like my best choice.

I love this device! I saw an improvement in my facial skin after just 1 use. After using it for about 10 days now my skin looks a little younger (less fine lines) and more even skin tone. I usually have a pimple or two each day and this has decreased the frequency. I only had 1 or 2 pimples in an entire week! I can’t wait to see how my skin looks after a month or 2 of use! My husband and I have also used it on our joints for pain relief. We both have chronic pain in our knees and we felt relief after just one use. I’ve also been using it for shoulder and ankle pain. I am amazed at how much it helps. I only use it for about 2 minutes on each joint (gently moving it back and forth over the joint) that hurts each day. And I use it for about 3-5 minutes on my face and jawline each day just gently moving it in tiny circles or semi circles. I used it for a few days in a row and then took a day off and started again. It is also comfortable to use and so pretty! I have been so impressed that I bought one for my sister. She saw improvement in her skin and the chronic hip pain (that nothing would relieve) was gone after just one use. She was so impressed! Today I am going to buy one for my mom. I am so grateful for this technology!

I was excited about this product at first, even tho it was not exactly as described (it is not a massager and it is not easy to glide across skin). I was getting the hang of it tho, and even thought I was seeing positive results in the look and texture of my skin. However, after 10 days, the silver ring top came loose from the base and is now hanging from the wires and I'm unable to reattach it. I was traveling and by the time I got home and to my computer, I was distressed to find that the rather short return window had closed. I contacted seller a couple of days ago, thinking they would surely want to make things right immediately, but I have not heard a word back from them or from amazon. I don't know if I got a defective unit or if the design of this product is faulty but I would like a refund as I would not trust a replacement to hold together any better. At this point, I'd like to try a different brand. I will gladly update my review if I get a refund from the seller, otherwise, I feel completely ripped off and very disappointed in the lack of response. Usually amazon sellers stand behind their products and have good customer service policies.

I love the idea of this product, tighten skin in 3 weekly sessions. When I rec’d my unit I removed the film covering the head, however; the head remained sticky. It says not to use any liquid on the head so I’ve tried wiping it off with soft handkerchiefs but it’s still sticky. I’m wondering if it was a retuned unit & possibly the person turned it on without taking the film off first. I can stamp my face but there’s no circular motion possible. So, in short, I can use it but, the head remains sticky. If there’s a solution to this issue, I’d love to hear it. I’ve only had it less than a week & a half.

I just paid $400 for some fancy new device, but I bought this one a few weeks ago because I didn't want to wait for the other one. Honestly, I haven't used the new one yet but I have a feeling this one is better than the more expensive one. It gets extremely hot, so I have to pull it back from my face and not push down on my skin so hard to tolerate it sometimes. But it plumps up my lips and I put it right under my eyes, but be careful if you do that. I do notice my skin looks much nicer for the next two days when I put it on every spot on my face, under my chin and my neck. I usually use it until the device powers off, which is at least half an hour. But I really like it. I highly recommend.
