Chitter Chatter - Monkey

Worked once with factory included batteries... which had a rusted terminal... cleaned terminal and replaced batteries... never worked again. Junk. Returned to Amazon for refund.Edit: We tried a replacement... Worked for 2 days and died. Battery replacement didn't help. Volt meter shows proper current to the contacts, but no life in the toy. You can't disassemble the toy to check wiring without cutting fabric to get to a zip tie holding it on... Bad design, bad quality, bad choice. Bummer because my kids loved it for the 48 hours it worked.

Yes it's small. No, you can't understand what it's repeating. I didn't mind either of those things, though - the only thing I minded was that there was no volume dial. This thing is LOUD! That said, it served my purpose - I bought it for a kiddo on the autism spectrum, as a way to get him talking even when there aren't people around for him to talk to. And it really did work! He was a little scared of it at first, but then his big brother started playing with it, and now he loves it! Maybe best to only turn it on when their parents are out of the house, though, since it's so loud, lol.

This is TOO-TOO funny! It 'listens' to whatever is said or done - talking, singing, giggles - and then rapidly repeats it back in more of a speeded up 'chipmunk voice'. The head rapidly bobs up and done. It made everyone from kids to adults just laugh and laugh. Got it for my 2 1/2 yr old little grandson who just love it (though he still doesn't quite 'get it'!). Recommend highly!

First of all the toy is small. I posted a picture next to an iPhone 6 for reference.Second it only worked for literally 3 minutes. I changed the batteries thinking that the ones it came with were dead but nothing happened. Looking at other reviews I can see that I am not the only one that received a defective product.I just issued a refund, won't be buying again.

We first saw this monkey at a friends house and absolutely had a ball with it. We ordered one for ourselves and were so disappointed whenthe monkey didn't repeat clearly. Not the sellers fault. The business side of this purchase was excellent!

Ordered this monkey for my grandchild and when it arrived i couldn't get the monkey to work and the battery that came with it was already set in the on position.I then tried to remove battery pack to install new battery but the screw was stripped. I think this monkey was returned before??disappointed in product.

This little guy is very funny. My grandaughter call him "Coco" and this little monkey like to twit and chat and laugh and talk a lot.Good toy for the children. I really love it. thank you.

We have several of these and have a great time playing with them at family events....more fun for adults than kids

It was a lot smaller than anticipated,and pretty annoying, but it works really well. It picks up my child's voice from a ways away and she loves it. There is no volume control, so it's a bit loud, but not horribly.

Not the best "chatter" toy out there. While it does work, I've seen ones that do work better.

Awesome. My granddaughter loves it.
