I just got this HyperX Cloud Alpha S - PC Gaming Headset, 7.1 Surround Sound Headset yesterday and hook up was a breeze, They sound GREAT and getting them for at about HALF PRICE was truly Fantastic !!! I was a little scared to BUY a rebuild Headset, But was I wrong, as they are Perfect in everyway. From the Clean Box and all the Parts everything was just as it should be. I would buy these again and at these Prices everybody should too.

I love it, I bought it used but with the exception of the box this thing looked brand new. I used it for gaming, the sound is immersive especially when playing first person shooters, gunfire, explosions and foot steps are clear and precise. The bass on this is great. I highly recommend this headset.

Aside from a minor dirt scuff/stain on the outside of the box, all items inside were in pristine condition. If the twist ties on the cables weren't obviously un-twisted and put back on (and a mild disinfectant smell when I first opened the inner box), I would have never suspected that the item had ever even been removed from the box. I've seen a lot of people complain about the sound quality, some blaming it on the USB, and I had the same issue to *BUT THE CAUSE WAS MY OWN FAULT*. When you plug the 3.5mm cable in, it needs just a little extra force that will allow it to click into place. Before doing that, they sounded very flat (not flat EQ, but flat as in poor sound) with no bass and minimal mids. When I touched the cable I noticed the sound change drastically, and after giving a slight push in I felt the click and they sounded great.

Love the headset, but everyone should know it doesn't come with the foam over the mic, also the travel bag doesn't come with the product. Those are the only cons. I love the fact u can alter the bass to the headset since on some games it might not be the best. The microphone is great (even though the foam is missing) you can eat and continue gaming without everyone hearing you eat in the game. When changing all audio to headset I gained an advantage because I could clearly hear where the footsteps are coming from. I have a great home theater system that does the same but when listening to it loud sometimes it's hard to tell what direction the footsteps are coming from. With the headset you can clearly tell. I like how u can turn on the 7.1 Surround sound or leave it off. Great price for the quality despite the missing items.

very comfortable they came as they were specify and not issues at all really love the headset evry one has their chooise from audio to confort but this def for me are mus have went you game

Why does the part of the headphone that sits on my head look like the walls of Silent Hill transitions after six months. They know better, they just didn't care, because now I either sit here with ugly tattered headphones or buy new ones. They know it. HyperX will not be getting any future business from me after this. The one star is for bad manipulative business practices. It overrides any quality this has and we need to stop this.

Tengo más de dos años desde que los compré y no me arrepiento, la calidad del audio y sus funciones se ha mantenido como cuando era nuevo, además las almohadillas se han mantenido en excelente estado. Super recomendado.
